Slay & Pray Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with tags intact.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Opened personal care products (tanning mousse, serums, mitts, Tan remover) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your item. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return shipping cost:

  • For buyer’s remorse returns (you simply changed your mind), customers are responsible for the return postage.

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Slay & Pray will cover the return shipping cost typically £3–£5 within the UK.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at slayandpray.owner@protonmail.com if the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care items (tanning mousse, serums, mitts, Tan-Bye)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before ordering or returning.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Requirements:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with tags intact.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Opened personal care products cannot be returned, even within this 14-day period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at slayandpray.owner@protonmail.com.
